Today 5 players coming to my youth school
3 are 18 y old hopeless
1 is 18 y old unsatisfactory
1 is 16 y old hopeless
Minimum last 10 weeks always tragic hopeless juniors come to my youth school

What you are pointing out is called randomness and ask for some patience.

What do you want? The algorythm to work like this, that Every saturday you get 16yo good youth? This is pathetic to complain about this.

I'm not saying that good players should come every week. Only hopeless tragic players have been coming for 10-11 weeks.

To get a great junior one in 5 seasons is normal, this is how the game works. I would agree with some adjustments, where juniors automatically would have better pace level, because it is very logical, but to complain in this thread about bad juniors is outstanding. Everyone have the same conditions and this thread is not about complaining. Please go create the thread "i am so unlucky" and tell everyone who cares, that you have unlucky junior pulls.

i think you think you are very smart. I'm saying that bad players shouldn't come all the time, at least a little better players should come. but you are kidding me. keep making fun of everyone who has an opinion so that the game will never improve thanks to you and people will become more alienated from the game because of your behavior. congratulations.

You came to this thread and whinning about bad juniors. This is not constructive criticism. The game is changing drastically this/next season, let's have some patient. There is so many bugs, which needs fixing, but "bad juniors pull" is not a bug.
Lets keep it peacefully and lets see how next season it will look like with new junior coaching system and etc.

The problem with the youth school is that before they arrived at 18 years old with 36 weeks (2 seasons) and left at 20 years old, now 18 years old with 36 weeks (2.7 seasons) left at 21 years old. massive juveniles of 26 weeks must arrive.

With shorten seasons, 19yo seem close to worthless also : (

Well...19yo youths are also worthless (except for very low level/new users)

Only 16/17/18yo youths matter...

Except for some extraordinary situations, like 5x excellent 19yo at start of season
