In my opinion most devoted players like sokker because IT IS SLOW, and not a casual gaming. The mobile "sokker" faster and simpler was a fail.... So.

But, slow, don't mean... 1) YEARS to build a better team and reach next levels 2) Nothing to manage during a week because there s nothing more to do during a week, especially true for new/little clubs (not much money to invest, boring bot leagues and challenges ... )

As solutions if see two points :

- More (optional) challenges during a week for clubs that WANT more challenges !
1) The ability to play additional match that could improve (a little) our teams in case of success (money or training, or increase fan spectators ... ). That's like "Arcade-game", but not only for plus and with challenge (rewards success)
2) The ability to manage more than one club if we want! I see this as a better simple solution to play more (of course, we must apply restrictions to sell/buy players between same owner) and that"s a great opportunities to play with less boring bots and inactive players !

(EDIT for dev and business model) plus, premium should get an extra room to manage more clubs, and maybe additional tool and user interface to manage multiple clubs. This make sense : That's dont add game advantage over freemium (good!), but plus members will get more challenge (not like the "boring' Arcade addition).

- Less gap between new/poor old/rich teams . Actually there is a huge gap between poor(1) and ultimate(18) skills[/b] and this gap is a mirror of... clubs and sokker :/ To get less gap — that mean YEARs to reach high level— new /poor teams should NOT starting at stage (1), but .... (10) ! One way to manage this : more descent players in new team and junior schools! Actually we get a huge huge numbers of poor/boring/un-trainable/un-selleable on the market (average deal is 1$) stop this !
Of course there are others solutions but the point is : DECREASE THE GAP !

Well, slow or not slow it depending from talent. If we train a talented players it sin't slow slow. Or if someone train midfielders that is slower if you train defenders or goalkeepers for example. But the slower work is more money if we see the midfielders prices.

There are other manager games, which is faster then the sokker.

It could be a nice feature to have a training update on mondays AND thursdays, so ALL players get the training from the match before their training. But that way there needs to be a different pace in each training (and it's not faster :-p)
