we are investigating training speed - could you give me 4-5 best examples of significant slow down of some players, as significant i mean 50% or more (like - he was poping in 4 weeks from pop to pop, and next pop was after 7, etc.

i described in details about two of mine players with such problems!

Raul, I have send to you a mail with some details, regarding this issue. :)

And very slow training good players with skils 14+,
It makes no sense to train them, because training is wrong.

Currently, the best way is to train teenagers until 19/20 and trade,
probably,
they don't want to do this, but maybe I'm wrong?

If i dont make a 3x18 out of goral.... its simple, I quit.... dtox Said it Was impossible, I Was 2-3 seasons away, now it Will be 29 yo training inklusive.. but if that is not enough, ill make 75+ Ghost team....

The most talented i ever had, can i hear a kurwa for that he is not 3x17 with close to 18 in All 3 at next u/27 ec.... i bought 20 m euro talents (more then 1) with half his talent...... 2 to vg pace, 4 to brillant pace, 7 to divine pace and tech, 3 to 8, 9, 10, 11 tech in row and alsob 7 to 17..... and No, none of the pops could be explained with low and high-extras, he made me amazed with every unreal pop... and Even he is polish and not Dansk, skotsk, finsk or tjekkisk.... he is born with honour for me....imagine how your players Will pop with striker.... good Luck beating 8+ counting to outstanding goral ...... the most talented i had in 13 years sokker not popping in 2 months,

Game is broken... there's no fun in competition, unless you're madly in love with defensive tactics (like 6-3-1 hahahaha) and you don't care if it takes a whole season for one pop when your players is VERY OLD (26 yo) :p.

no pop, yet on magical def - he has 9+3gt (almost all in new wrong training)

Finally, you guys are climbing from under your rock...

There are so many examples of very slow training, same in my team.

I don't get why you'd want to slow down training. Shortening seasons is already a deal breaker for a lot of users, slowing down training from 12 of 13 just adds insult to injury.

I can already see this game will have really strong defenders, train them when they're young so they get a high level on pace and def.
When they're older train the side skills, up untill 12 or 13, as these aren't slowed down that much.

Mids will become really weak and will be overpowered by defenders and strikers ...

Mids are going to be handicapped...


Why would you make progress more difficult on 2 parameters? (Length of season and training speed)
Obviously making the seasons shorter will already weaken future players and juniors a lot!

This is just ridiculous...
I'm not one to criticize other people.
But you guys are really upsetting so many people, I get you don't want to admit that you were wrong, but come on guys...
The crazy injuries (we're playing 2 games a week, double of before, previous max injury was 36 days, divide this by 2, now max injury should be 18 days), the future with all the weak players, this doesn't look like a good and fun future for the game.

I sincerely hope you guys keep an open mind and listen to the people...

Who needs examples, they Just have to turn back the clock.
New training system is fine, but the slower training is killing the game.

I think it's a mistake to slow down the training. In Spain and I suppose that in all countries there are many complaints. If you want a fast game that encourages new and old users, it's incompatible with slowing down the training. One of the most interesting things are the pops on Thursdays.

It'll be great If they add new skills, less trainings for each pop, with no changing in ME, e.g "divine[17]" could be 2 or even 3 different skills.
