Subject: [idea] Helping small countries to grow
I'm sorry to say but non of those arguments makes sense.
All will stay the same with international juniors in other countries. The most important thing is NT's will be helped, but managers have no disadvantage at all. The only thing that will change a bit is the exclusivity of players and that is okay, even better as okay because exclusivity is an unfair advantage as I already posted.
Youth schools won't change, money will be made.

The exclusivity of nationality is not unfair. Or is it that you don't feel competitive in your country?
No country, no matter how small, has asked for help with its national teams. This is what the game's competitiveness is all about.
Each user has a nationality, a city that for good or bad he chose to open his team and this must be respected, just like the players who leave their youth school

Actually I think many small countries want help with their NT. They don't want to have a silly amount of youths (like Poland), but if they can double the number through a random % of pulled youths, I feel that could only be a good thing.
I know I did calculations earlier in this thread, and they showed it helps small countries but larger ones don't like their advantage.
Also if it is just a random % (or like an international pull week in the season), there is still a very good chance a lot of the NTs youths will come from a user of their home country, because the other 15 weeks, it will only be that country pulling them. This may be an exception in a country of 5 users, but they can only train approx 10 anyway, meaning you have about one player in each age group, the rest are sent away for training.
But I'm not trying to discredit your point, I think it is an interesting point of view, and not one I had given much consideration too. I still don't change my mind, but I do enjoy the discussion and thinking about it

I understand, but without help National Teams of these small countries have no purpose of existence because they are non-competitive globally.
Maybe it would be better if they be removed and NT teams should appear only if a country has like 20 or more users/youth schools.

Hey we ask for help, and we are a small country haha.
Also the cut off would need to be much smaller (I know you were just using an example). But look at NZ, they are a 3rd basket team and I think they had like 7 users, and less youth schools. Australia are only just under the half way mark of teams, and we had like 8 youth schools.
It's definitely harder to take away small countries, than it is to add in. Would need to talk to any users of those countries and see if they would be open to moving countries, and if so, where they would like to be moved to.

If player is a U21 prospect, it raises his price on the market. Absence of the competition makes even weak players from the smallest countries expensive. If the number of juniors in the country increases, their exclusivity and price lower. This could be either caused by more users in the country, better junior schools in the country or more juniors from foreign countries in the future. Some users from small countries think it would help their NT teams, many think it would decrease exclusivity of their players.
I think one of the possible solution would be implementing the ratio 1:1 for Juniors in their original country : Juniors in foreign countries.
Example: Panama (11 users) - average number of juniors each Panamanian user has is 20. So there are 220 juniors in junior schools in Panama. This means that there would be the limit of maximum 220 Panamanian juniors in foreign country junior schools.
It is not much if we consider how many users are in the biggest countries, foreign juniors in youth schools would be rare but it would help their NT teams and the exclusivity of small country players would remain.

Fair point, and I would be happy with that.
Keeps exclusivity whilst increasing the pool of players for small nt teams

Totally +1 to the international junior school, with the scout per region system.
-1 to the second option.

You did it again, these are not arguments to make a strong point.
What does me being competitive or not have to do with 'Helping small countries to grow' ?? Absolutely nothing.
exclusivity in a football manager game is something that should not be a reason to buy or sell players. If it is, it is unfair as others (large countries for example) don't have that extra's so it is unfair. Not that difficult to understand if you ask me.
No country asked for help? You just made that up.
competitiveness? Small countries aren't competative, that is the problem of not enough youth schools.
And 'this must be respected'? What must respected? It has nothing to do with respect or disrespect, only with youth schools and more decent players.
Yeh, one more thing will change, crappy juniors and badly trained players will get competition from better players who will be worthy for U21 and NT team.
EDIT: but looking at the kind of arguments you used and things that have nothing to do with the subject at all like me being competative or not and your made up point that no one asked for help (if only 1 manager asked for help your point isn't valid anymore, and managers did!), opinions won't change.

Suggestion to help small countries:
Create teams like Testowa, which don't belong to any League and whose aim is just "generate" players.
But these "Testowas" would be much more effective generating players for few-users countries than in Poland, the greatest user place in Sokker...

The base and only argument you need to know is that 1 player for been Brazilian for example... Most be from Brazil...
We are clear?

If we talk about arguments, you don't have them when you want to "help" the small nations, you simply want to have foreign players in your youth school (that's what the transfer market is for).
Let each nation take care of the future of their selections or not. If you want to help a lot you can be a scout or a national coach and give your grain of sand with effort

I see there's one huge legend in the line-up of the "previous" game of Testowa! :)

Clearly you have never seen me before on the forum and therefore have no idea how hard I fought for Sokker, and all things that I have done to try to make this a better game! The only thing I want is a better game, nothing so selfish as you falsely suggested.
EDIT: and want to know my arguments? see topic page 1, 2, 3, 4 etc
First you make things up as if no manager asked for help and post other non-arguments, then you post I have no arguments while this topic (and many others) are full of arguments how and why to help small countries, and next you falsely accuse me of being selfish. Well done.
And about that becomming a scout, that has absolutely nothing to do with helping small countries to get more players, but ofcourse you knew that already.
