I think most of users will buy smth like this:
Scouting department: level 4
Campus: level 3
Analytics: level 5
Training facilities: level 3

It's definitely going to be a hard balance implementing this because if it doesn't cost enough (especially the maintanence costs), then it won't have any affect on the economy.

Having a middle cost for the highest levels will do nothing more than help large countries and hurt small (as the large gets more money in weekly so it will just fit nicely in their weekly finances but be out of reach of small nations).

So imo the top levels (and maybe second top?) really need to be very expensive on a week to week basis. Those top levels should be very hard if not impossible to maintain long term. Sure there are clubs with 100's million euro but then it will actually act as a money sink.

The good thing about most of these are the benefits are not huge and easy to work around not having the best. The exception really is the Max coach you can hire - this one has the potential of creating a class problem if it stops experienced teams from even being able to access.

Max number of juniors you can just increase how strict you are if you only have 20 places. Juniors coming in, has a bit of an affect on quelity but even mid level seems decent. More accurate talent - the current system is fairly accurate over 10 weeks or so anyway (so provided those +1 is improving accuracy and not giving the youth an extra level).
All of these really are more paying for luxuries, and that is the theory behind a good money sink.

As we declared to reveal coach efficiency, I think that many users overestimate top class coaches.

That feature works on few levels - it even protect new users for hiring to expensive coach, while even a bit worse will be good enough for them.

will it be possible to reduce our investment?

i mean, i have created a level three structure but i realize i can't afford it economically. Will i be able to destroy it and return to the level below?

Yep, sure!

If we build the highest level training facilities how we will find a divine coach? To a Coach recruitment?
2020-09-13 13:03:14
at first be sure that you have lots of mln $$$ to "find" such a coach XD coach recruitment its a very expensive lottery :P the biggets stupidity in sokker

I have to my team two unearthly coaches and I spent to Coach recruitment around 12M.But i am asking a way how to find divine coach?I think a good idea is from old ex Nt player.Spend for example 4 M euro and make him a divine coach

Unfortunately it is the only "money sink" in sokker at present. The problem is, once you get the coach you are after, the money sink no longer is a thing, and you just build money

Maybe retirement could be added in the future, once "money sink" has been analyzed.
2020-09-13 13:45:17
Yeah, that would be good choice for money sink

Haha wrong show but love his character in Shameless.

I Definitely don't have money to sink, but sokker does.

This looks like the youth school will be organized in a slightly different (and more complicated) way, but in practice it won't change that much. I was hoping for bigger improvements like the manager having influence on training and scouting and reducing randomness a bit.

To be honest, all of this feels more and more like fixing things that aren't broken while not fixing those that are. For me the two main problems of Sokker are a)a badly designed match engine and b)a youth system that is mostly a lottery, and so far the are no plans to fix either. Things like new design, training and league system or youth facilities are nice to have, but won't improve the overall game experience much.

Its good to see you Devs are starting to implement new infrastructure into the game, but please add too a medical center, whatever you want to call it, to treat injuries, that would be the most useful new addition to any team, big or small.
